These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of leadshub.agency and the products, memberships, workshops, and services offered by Roy Enterprises LLC, doing business as Leads Hub ("Leads Hub," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, joining a program, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Leads Hub provides business systems education and services, including live membership programs (such as Power Build Hours and Behind the Build), workshops and trainings, digital content and templates, and done-for-you setup services. Program details, schedules, and inclusions are described on the relevant offer pages.

2. Accounts, Payments & Subscriptions

  • You agree to provide accurate information when registering or purchasing.
  • Subscription memberships bill automatically each period at the rate shown at signup until you cancel. Where an offer states a locked-in founding rate, that rate remains in effect for as long as your membership stays active.
  • You can cancel a subscription any time before your next billing date; access continues through the period already paid.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program description: When you opt in to text messages from Roy Enterprises LLC dba Leads Hub, you may receive text messages related to your account and purchases, appointment and event reminders, customer care, and, where you have expressly consented, marketing messages about our offers, workshops, and memberships.

Cancellation: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to (855) 548-6100. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Rates and frequency: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Privacy: If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content we provide, including trainings, videos, templates, guides, and course materials, belongs to Leads Hub or its licensors. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, or share program content or login access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our website or services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use our content or communications tools for unlawful purposes, including sending spam.

6. Third-Party Tools

Our services reference and work alongside third-party platforms (for example, CRM, scheduling, and payment tools). Those platforms have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions. Any included third-party account access provided as part of a membership remains subject to that platform's terms.

7. Disclaimers

Our programs are educational and implementation-support services. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, or outcomes; results depend on your own effort and circumstances. Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leads Hub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
