Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Roy Enterprises, LLC (Leads Hub). These terms explain how our website, services, and materials can be used. We’ve kept them straightforward and friendly.

1) Acceptance of Terms

Using our site or working with us means you agree to these terms.

If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or services. We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll post the new date at the bottom so you can see what changed.

2) Our Services

We provide digital marketing services including websites, funnels, automation, email marketing, branding, and strategy. Some services (like SEO or social media marketing) may be delivered by trusted partners under our management.

We’ll always be your main point of contact and make sure any partner follows our standards.

3) Accounts & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 to engage our services.
  • You’re responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your logins secure.

4) Payments, Invoices & Refunds

  • Prices and billing schedules are outlined in your proposal, order form, or checkout page.
  • Unless stated otherwise, amounts are due upon receipt and may be billed automatically.
  • Certain deliverables may require deposits or milestone payments.
  • Due to the custom nature of our work, fees are generally non-refundable once work begins. If a refund policy applies, it will be clearly stated in your agreement.

5) Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • You can reschedule meetings with reasonable notice using our scheduling links.
  • No-shows or late cancellations may be charged or counted as a completed session, as stated in the booking flow.
  • Project timelines depend on timely feedback and content from you.

6) Intellectual Property

  • Our IP: Our site, frameworks, templates, processes, and brand assets remain our property.
  • Client Deliverables: After full payment, you receive a license (or ownership if specified) to use the final deliverables for your business. Drafts, working files, and internal tools are not included unless we agree in writing.
  • Please don’t copy, resell, or redistribute our materials without permission.

7) Your Content & Permissions

You’re responsible for the content and materials you provide (text, images, data, accounts). You confirm you have the rights to use them and you grant us the permissions we need to create and deliver your project.

8) What’s Not Allowed

To keep things safe for everyone, please don’t use our site or services to:

  • Break the law or violate others’ rights.
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to access systems you shouldn’t.
  • Send spam or deceptive messages.
  • Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other IP.

9) Third-Party Services & Integrations

We may integrate with tools like CRMs, email platforms, or payment processors. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We’re not responsible for third-party outages or changes, but we’ll help you navigate alternatives if needed.

10) Disclaimers

  • We provide services and content “as is.” We do our best, but we can’t guarantee specific business outcomes (like revenue or lead volume), as results depend on many factors beyond our control.
  • From time to time, the site may be unavailable for maintenance or due to issues outside our control.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

12) Your Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site/services, your content, or your violation of these terms or applicable laws.

13) Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or end access if terms are violated or fees are unpaid. You can stop using our services at any time; any terms that should reasonably survive (like IP, payments due, and limitations) will continue to apply.

14) Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue and jurisdiction will be in the state and federal courts located in Utah.
